The Founder's Vision: Tracie Johnson

Tracie Johnson is the Founder and Executive Director of To Whom Much Is Given Inc. Armed with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and years of frontline experience as a licensed social worker in Ohio, Tracie has dedicated her life to removing barriers that prevent people from getting the help they need.

Her career revealed a painful truth: families in crisis were often held back by red tape, long approval processes, and invasive questions. Instead of timely support, they were left waiting. Tracie knew there had to be a better way—a way that focuses on direct, immediate assistance.

A Founder Who Understands the Struggle

As a single parent herself, Tracie has lived the emotional and financial challenges that so many working-class families face. She understands the stress of working hard yet still struggling to make ends meet. This personal perspective fuels her passion to ensure others don’t have to suffer in silence or fight through endless obstacles just to receive help.

Her vision is simple: to stand beside the working class, offering dignity, respect, and relief when it matters most.

Inspired by Legacy

Tracie’s leadership is guided by the values instilled by her late father, Earl Johnson: listening without judgment, showing up for people in their hardest times, and creating opportunities for others to thrive. His influence continues to inspire her mission of service and generosity today.

Stacie Reid

Vice President

Ms. Stacey Renée Reid is currently the VP of TWMIG, Inc. Serving in the role since TWMIG's establishment in 2023. Stacey has been in the human service field her entire professional career, with a passion for such starting personally at an early age, resulting from the exposure & role modeling of her mom; who led by example not realizing the huge impact such would impart on her "Alpha & Omega" (as Stacey is affectionately referred to by her mom given that she is her only child). Stacey recognized early on that standing in the gap for others (preferably behind the scenes) as a human service champion was her LIFE's calling & she has continued to answer to such personally & professionally without hesitation during her life's journey. Stacey's faith-focused, optimistic, caregiver, encourager mindset remains at the heart of how she walks this journey called LIFE out, personally & professionally. Being chosen to be a part of the TWMIG, Inc. team has been a welcomed opportunity for Stacey, allowing her to not only continue partnering with others, in service to others, but also walking alongside those in need & empowering them to walk in their truth, do their healing work, & work toward achieving & maintaining a sturdy & balanced well-being during their own LIFE's journey...regardless of what it looks, feels, seems like in the moment
